PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves the warehouse.

DELIVERY TIMES
All orders ship with full tracking. Standard delivery is 15-25 business days worldwide.

SHIPPING COST
Free shipping on every order, every destination, no minimums.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel from the warehouse all the way to your door.

DELAYS
Occasional delays can happen due to customs, courier capacity, or weather. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us at splashmob@outlook.com and we'll sort it.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you spot an error, email splashmob@outlook.com within 24 hours and we'll try to update it before dispatch.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
If tracking shows your parcel was delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at splashmob@outlook.com within 7 days. We'll work with the courier to investigate.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Not satisfied with your SPLASHMOB? Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — full refund, replacement, or exchange. No hoops.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email splashmob@outlook.com with your order number, a photo of the product, and a quick reason for the return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

CONDITIONS
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Product must be returned in its original condition with all included accessories and the aluminium briefcase
- Damaged-on-arrival items qualify for free replacement (no return shipping required)

REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add 2-5 additional days.

EXCHANGES
Want to swap colourways? Email splashmob@outlook.com within 30 days and we'll arrange the swap.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items damaged through misuse
- Items missing original accessories or packaging
